Some of the most critical processes involved in making our beer malted beverages take place in the malt house. It is our malters (brewing maintenance technicians), biochemists, and technologists that keep these processes running flawlessly.
We follow traditional recipes to brew the very best products. In doing so, we rely on the expertise of our brewers, biochemists, and technologists, who are responsible, amongst other things, for ensuring that the beer has just the right tang to it.
Our lab technicians and quality control specialists see to it that our products are of the very highest standard. They conduct a series of laboratory measurements, continuous checks and tastings.
We use the latest technology to bottle and package our products. Thanks to our expert bottling line operators, shift technicians and mechanics, everything goes (as smoothly as) on a conveyor belt.
Our vast logistics system enables us to distribute our products all over the world. We couldn’t do this without our storekeepers, dispatchers, logistics specialists, warehouse dispatch clerks and inventory management coordinators.
Our operational electronics specialists, fitters and brewing maintenance technician keep the whole production process running smoothly. And if by chance a minor error does occur, it is quickly rectified by our shift technicians and mechanics.
The Finance Department, not only a magical world of accounting transactions, but also exciting financial analyses and models, a world of figures and tables. Our accountants and financial analysts are just as passionate about numbers as they are about beer.
The Sales Department is one of the key departments in our business. It is in charge of the entire retail chain, i.e. from purchasing ingredients from suppliers and the subsequent sale and marketing of our products in the Czech Republic and abroad.
The Human Resources Department works with the most precious asset we have in our company, besides our products, i.e. with people. Human resources management involves a number of interesting techniques and methods to help our employees develop. This means that it covers much more than just recruiting new staff and paying out wages.
Our Marketing Department has a wonderful job. It raises public awareness of our products, helps to spread their fame and thinks up good ways of reaching out to our existing and potential customers.
Of course, our company also has other departments, such as the Communication and Public Relations Department and IT. However, for these departments we mostly require that applicants possess the relevant work experience.
