The Band ISUA Won the Fourth Duel of the “Urquell of Talents” Contest

Five musicians from Pilsen formed the band ISUA only in 2011. However they already have more than one success under their belts – this year, for example, they won at Expedition Přeštěnice 2013 where they competed among 120 young, talented bands. The combination of alternative rock and pop performed by female lead singer Giudi, Jakub on drums, and Ruda, Tom, and Gali on guitars made an impact on the audience once again.

In the all-female round, Miss Michaela Němcová from Zruč advanced to the finals of the traditional Czech Republic championship in double-stein holding with outstretched arms that will take place during the Pilsen fest on October 5, 2013. Next to secured participation in the finals, the happy winner took home with her a carton of beer. During Thursday evenings, those interested may participate in other contests such as “Take as much beer as you can grab.”

This upcoming Thursday, you can look forward to the performance of the veterans from the popular, entertaining band of the seventies and eighties,Odyssea, and yet another music duel between the bands Citylights andFANFAN. Fans may pick the winner during the concert on site using the voting vouchers or during the next seven days online at www.pilsnerfest.cz.
